What an absolute pleasure working with Lisa O'Beirne! Lisa was very well prepared for our face-to-face meeting having ascertained what I was looking for beforehand by phone and e-mail. Various quotes were prepared for us and Lisa explained the features and benefits of each one fully. No pressure was ever placed on us; Lisa's communication was very prompt, her answers were full and complete and at no time did I think my numerous questions may be too much. I would trust Lisa implicitly in the future. As well as being absolutely super efficient, she has an ebullient disposition, always smiley and cheerful; it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.
