“I was nervous about crystallising my pension - it's a big decision! I used a couple of online calculators to see what value annuities I could get and one of the ompanies that subsequently contacted me was the Retirement-Desk. Lisa O'Beirne was great. She explained all the options to me really clearly and provided written quotes for everything. There was no pressure applied and plenty of time given for me to do some research and make my decision. When I selected a fixed term annuity Lisa organised everything and kept me updated with regular phone calls. I couldn't have asked for a better service - avery rare thing these days! Everything has gone smoothly so thank you Lisa for helping me start my new retirement life!”

“I contacted a few companies for a quote for an annuity. Kay Martin gave me the quotes. When I asked for another quote I proceeded. Kay sent me the paperwork first asking for some information. Everything has gone through fine no hassle.”

“Hi the retirement desk Lisa O'brien and her team have done a wonderful job and took a lot of pressure off me l felt l was banging my head against the wall with Scottish widows and getting no where then l got in touch with the retirement desk and from there on thing's started moving l would like to say thank you all for everything you have done for me”
