“The whole process was handled by Kay Martin in a very thorough, personal, and professional manner. I was supplied with all of the relevant information to enable me to make an informed decision based on my needs using a whole of market quotation. The paperwork was sent through with easy to follow instructions and in a timely manner. Kay dealt with the all other parties involved and made sure that that timescales were adhered to, and eveeything completed on time, and all funds deposted as I had been informed. I will be looking to use the Retiremnt Desk fo any other future pension requirements”

“I can't praise the Retirement Desk enough. The experience I have had with them has been unbeatable. Regular update phone calls from Kay, all paperwork processed first class, documents needing signing rendered idiot proof. No slip ups no delays and I am pretty sure the optimum outcome. Having no knowledge of what I was supposed to do Kay and the Retirement Desk made it all very simple. I cant thank them enough or praise them highly enough. Brilliant service.”

“I was very impressed with Kay, her information was clear and precise and I felt she listened to my needs and came up with a solution that I would never have found on my own. She also kept me up to date every step of the way with regular weekly emails or phone calls until the plan was complete and my Tax free lump sum hit my bank. I would definitely use her again and look forward to her contacting me when my current term is up to review my options.”
