“Kay, the Retirement Desk representative, who dealt with my transfer of Pension Funds kept me up to date on all elements of the transfer both by e-mail and Voicemail. The last phase is now down to my new provider to provide me with the contract and final details of the expected payment.”

“I can't begin to describe how very satisfied I have been with the service Lisa provided. At times there were unexpected hurdles that Lisa went over and beyond to help rectify. Sorting an annuity as a single woman for the first time in 40 years was completley overwhelming to begin with but Lisa helped to support and empower me throughout the process. I highly recommend this service.”

“My contact at the Retirement Desk was Kay Martin, she was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about all things pension related. She explained all my options clearly (and patiently!). She provided written quotes at all stages of the process. She also helped me with my Pension company when they seemed to be dragging their heels providing details of my fund value. I am really happy with the decisions I made and can't thank Kay enough.”

“I was nervous about crystallising my pension - it's a big decision! I used a couple of online calculators to see what value annuities I could get and one of the ompanies that subsequently contacted me was the Retirement-Desk. Lisa O'Beirne was great. She explained all the options to me really clearly and provided written quotes for everything. There was no pressure applied and plenty of time given for me to do some research and make my decision. When I selected a fixed term annuity Lisa organised everything and kept me updated with regular phone calls. I couldn't have asked for a better service - avery rare thing these days! Everything has gone smoothly so thank you Lisa for helping me start my new retirement life!”

“I contacted a few companies for a quote for an annuity. Kay Martin gave me the quotes. When I asked for another quote I proceeded. Kay sent me the paperwork first asking for some information. Everything has gone through fine no hassle.”
