“I can't praise the Retirement Desk enough. The experience I have had with them has been unbeatable. Regular update phone calls from Kay, all paperwork processed first class, documents needing signing rendered idiot proof. No slip ups no delays and I am pretty sure the optimum outcome. Having no knowledge of what I was supposed to do Kay and the Retirement Desk made it all very simple. I cant thank them enough or praise them highly enough. Brilliant service.”

“Kay did a super job of explaining all the options available to me discussing all the pros and cons of different pensions on offer. Kay put me at ease when I was confused by the different plans and I was given several options to pick from. Well done Kay and thank you for all your advice.”

“I was very impressed with Kay, her information was clear and precise and I felt she listened to my needs and came up with a solution that I would never have found on my own. She also kept me up to date every step of the way with regular weekly emails or phone calls until the plan was complete and my Tax free lump sum hit my bank. I would definitely use her again and look forward to her contacting me when my current term is up to review my options.”

“Having decided that the time had come to close my SIPP and buy an Annuity, I started to research the market place. Using the internet, I identified and contacted three FCA authorised firms. “I recently approached the Retirement Desk as I had two reasonably modest pensions to ‘draw down’. The support, advice and assistance I was offered was both helpful and informative. This enabled me to make logical decisions as to the choices available and with the confidence that I would reap most financial benefit from the funds. My Advisor was very professional, a good listener and offered appropriate options given my circumstances. My pension choices were managed entirely by the Retirement Desk and I have now started receiving payments. My Retirement Desk Adviser was in contact throughout this process to provide progress updates. I am delighted that I approached the Retirement Desk, particularly my Adviser and with the advice offered. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone.”
