“In short - things could not have been easier. Kay Martin was excellent and lead me through the process in a straightforward fashion - unlike dealing with some of the pension companies directly where every request was seen as a big effort for them! Kay kept me informed and updated on the progress of the process. Everthing has worked very well and without a hitch. The whole process moved remarkably quickly. I would have no hesitation recommending The Retirement Desk and Kay Martin to any of my friends or family”

“Very simple and responsive communications. Surveyed all rates and offered me a broad choice, then organised everything for my annuity purchase. The paperwork was part pre-filled by Kay, and was marked up so I knew exactly where to sign and what to include. Kay kept me informed during the process, liaising with my pension provider and the annuity provider. Clear and simple! Bear in mind that TRD does not give financial advice. I didn't need any, just clear options and execution based on my decision.”

“I would highly recommend the retirement desk, Kay and Lisa were brilliant to deal with. They arranged the transferring of my pension pot and helped set up a lifetime annuity.
