“I found this company online and I have to say they were more than helpful from the first contact. Lisa was very thorough and guided me through the procedure and constantly kept me updated during the whole process. Because the rates were changing all through August / September there were a lot of increases which Lisa kept me up to date with and finally got me a very good Fixed Term Retirement Plan which I would not have achieved without her expert guidance. Very good service would highly recommend.”

“I had been dealing with a pension provider (Aviva) who had been giving me the run-around by (amongst other things) claiming not to be able to give me a quote on what my pension payout would be. In Mt first call with the Pension Desk, not only could they tell me what the Aviva payout would be, but also could tell me what other providers would offer from the same pension pot. Getting a better offer (from Canda Life) I decided to switch. The Pension Desk handled all of the transfer for me (at no cost to me); which all went as smoothly as silk. At every turn the Pension Desk offered highly professional, polite, speedy service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“From start to finish Lisa and her colleagues were great. They were clear and concise, allowing me to understand the pension maze and the many options now available. Once I made my decision on the plan best for me, they took all the stress out of it by doing all the organising and keeping me up-to-date with weekly calls and regular emails. Would highly recommend their team.”

“I contacted The Retirement Desk to find options for my pension pot as I approached retirement age. Rather than finish work completely, I decided to reduce my hours over several years. Kay Martin kept me updated with the pension pot value options, due to economic changes, during this time. Once I decided to cash in the pension pot, Kay took care of all the paperwork to transfer the funds to the provider of my cash-out retirement plan. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. I would certainly recommend their services.”

“I used the Retirement Desk five years ago to arrange a pension draw-down scheme for me. The financial benefits were very good in that the pot reduced significantly less than the amount drawn down. I have subsequently taken another five-year scheme where the figures are even better. My original plan was arranged by Kay Martin and she contacted me again before expiry to see if I wanted to arrange another plan. At all times Kay has been efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She has given excellent customer service and made the whole process very easy.”

“Lisa was a very reassuring voice on the end of the phone. She kept me up to date with the progress of my application exactly when she said she would. Even when she was on holiday, Kate had full access to her emails and also kept me up to date. I would thoroughly recommend this service.”
