“Kay was excellent from first contact to the finalisation of my pension arrangements. Very careful to make sure I understood all the options available to me and the pros and cons of each product. My pension is higher than that offered by competitors in the market place for the same product and payments have been prompt from day 1. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. First class service.”

“By chance we came across this company, when we called, we were immediately put at ease, the member of staff that we delt with was Lisa who stayed as our contact from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and gave us all the figures and made it very easy to understand what I would get as a pension and any lump sum should I wish to take it, even when the pension companies took their time, she was on their case immediately. I was even pleased at the end after all was complete with my pension that she managed to get me compensation from both pension companies due to their lack of speed in dealing with my case. Highly recommended.”

“I dealt with Lisa from start to finish, I can only say she was extremely efficient and very dogged in her persuit of my settlement. Aswell as been very down to earth, Lisa spoke in a tones I could understand. Such a brilliant find. Can't recommend retirement desk and Lisa more highly. J cull”

“From the phone call kay put me at ease she worked out a plan for me and sorted everything out which took just a few weeks the weekly updated phone calls put at ease and kept me updated there was no pressure at all and no fees as they passed them to client. I Would highly recommend them just first class.”

“The retirement desk team more than earned my 5-star rating. A brilliant service, Concisice, punctual in reply and response throughout and you don't have too much to do other than decide on the options and quotations they provide. (all very well presented with relevant figures and costing)They then take care of everything from that point forward they deal with your existing Pension provider-the provider of your new plan and provide frequent updates on progress. My consultant Lisa Lisa O'Beirne could not have been more helpful. I would recommend the retirement desk to all users with confidence. For all you old-school reading this.
