“I ordered next day guaranteed delivery which never arrived. I managed to locate and collect myself the following day so 48 hours. I asked for refund on the service and had no reply.”

“ordered replacement caravan keys. One was correct the other was not correct, although the key number was correct. Could not contact replacementkeys.co.uk as all the emails, namely help@, admin@ and contact@ returned as unknown. Also no phone number to contact only a PO Box?. John”

“I followed instructions in detail the keys did not fit. Seem like the correct blank but completely wrong cut. Cannot be bothered to go through refund process so will just chuck them and go to timpsons. Which I should have done in the first place.”

“Key delivery was great, but the wrong key arrived. That may well have been my fault, but there has been no reply to my email to "help@replacementkeys.co.uk" asking what can be done. Some sort of reply, even a "sorry we can't offer a refund" would have been appreciated.”

“This is a mixed review as there was good news and bad news. Good news : I ordered a replacement key for a cupboard at work. The lock code and Key details I entered returned two different key types so I ordered both to be on the safe side. The good news was that they arrived the day after I ordered them - excellent service. Bad news: Although both keys fitted the lock neither of them turn ~£10 wasted I'm afraid.”
