“The keys arrived quickly but were the wrong size. It is too much hassle to return these so we have taken the hit. Probably will not use again for this reason”

“Efficient order process and just in time delivery. However, the key did not open my roof box. Good thing I found the original key. I just would not bother wasting time or more money on return. ADEBAYO OLABISI”

“Keys were fine, but the delivery by Royal Mail left much to be desired. Package was left on top of steps outside unused doors rather than being posted through letter box. Only found some days later when the snails and weather had already got to the packaging.”

“The keys I ordered were received very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the keys didn't work. I enquired about whether I could return this key and try another, but was told outright that this was not possible. I have confirmed the serial number of the key & lock and they do match, leading me to believe the key could have been mis-labelled or an error in the machining process - which would be reasonably easy to check with a replacement, before assuming the lock is faulty. I was offered a refund for the non-working key, which was a nice gesture - although questionable as to whether it is worth the hassle of returning the key for a couple of quid refund and still leaves me with a lock I cannot open. The quest to open my inherited filing cabinet continues...”

“Customer Service was poor and did not explicitly answer my direct questions. Sales flow was poor when I said "take my money, this is what I want", yet had to jump through hoops.”

“Hi, Unfortunately the replacement keys did not fit at all. I ordered two replacement keys for the one lock and they were both different and neither of them fitted. Delivery was very quick though.”

“Placed an order paid via paypal. 26 days later sent an email to ask where order was, no reply. Another email 3 days later. No reply. No phone number on website. Another email sent. Eventually got a reply asking what type of key I wanted! No response to query over timescale. Pointed them at the original order from 1 Month ago. Keys then arrived after 33 days. Very Disappointing. Sent a message to ask whether as goodwill they would waive part of the costs. Guess what - No Reply! We all make mistakes, I understand but the measure of great service is how we rectify them…”

“Keys sent to incorrect address, not helpful when reported. Keys sent in flimsy packaging, was obviously keys. Three keys did not work in drawers and due to refund policy could not be returned as "correct information entered".”

“Delivery was excellent quick dispatch and arrived next day. The reason for my poor rating is because the key did not work although the code I provided which is the code engraved on the key is correct but doesn't seen to unlock my roof rack. After having trouble with my key, I send replacement keys a message from their website informing them of the trouble I experienced and asking them on how they are able to assist. The disappointing bit s that I have still not heard from them and its been 5 days since I sent them a message. I have had to ask Paypal to intervene in resolving my dispute and this is the reason for the poor rating.”
