Right keys but poorly manufactured so didn't fit the locks.

I had a very poor experience with Replacement Keys. I ordered 4 keys, all same code, and when they arrived they did not fit the lock. I advised them of this fact and was asked to send a photograph of the lock. This mail was not answered for two days when I was advised to return the keys for a refund. It would have been helpful to have a telephone number to call to discuss the matter with Replacement Keys but none is available. Very poor service and totally disillusioned with the company.

Hi Albert We are sorry that the keys didn't fit. Although rare it does happen sometimes. Usually with a photo we can identify if another key is required. We don't appear to have received any photos so the only option left is for you to return the keys. Once the keys arrive we will issue your refund straight away. We don't operate a telephone number so we can keep our costs down and provide the cheapest service. Apologies once again. Kind Regards, Replacement Keys

The first key did not reach us and it now appears that insufficient postage was put on the package and we ended up having to pay an extra £1.50 charge at the post office.

Hi Ian We are sorry for the fee. Royal mail messed up our mail for the day your key was shipped which resulted in a fee being requested from all customers for that day. We actually shipped you a second key on the 3rd of July so you are most likely in possession of two now. Apologies once again for this.

The keys didn't work and they offered no real solution other than the lock had been forced at some time. No it hadn't. Then I received this unsolicited review invitation!

I was annoyed to be charged postage by the post office before they would deliver my keys. I had paid for this on the order. Very slack. However good to find the right keys

We are really sorry about this. Royal Mail mismanaged a portion of our mail on the day you ordered and you were unfortunately affected. We have refunded the postage to your card. Apologies once again.

Your website was simple to negotiate and ordering was very straightforward. My initial experience was most certainly worth 5 stars but you were let down badly by "Royal Snail" My order should have been delivered today June 3rd (exactly 7 days from ordering) but a slip of paper from the postman, received this morning, informed me that I would have to pay the grand sum of £1.53 ( £1 handling charge plus 53p underpaid postage) at the post office before my package could be released. As I had already paid for 1st class delivery at your checkout, I was just a little bit more than angry, as you may understand! A review of delivery options available to you as a company should be a top priority as the customer satisfaction factor, can make or break a company-large or small. John Norris

Hi John You're right. It is unacceptable. Royal Mail has caused us a lot of headaches as you can imagine. We have organised a refund of your postage to your card which should appear in the middle of next week. We are also pursuing a complaint with Royal Mail not that it will achieve anything.
