“The service and speed were very good but the keys don not fit. It appears that they have been cut too generously in a couple of places compared to the old worn key. Imagine I will have to do some judicious filing work. Used to use pencil graphite but I think they will require more than that”

“Sadly there was a choice of 2 types of key with the same number but I guess I picked the wrong one because it didn't fit but I cant send it back because it was cut to a code number. And they have a policy of no returns for keys cut to code.”

“First key arrived quickly but did not fit the Everest windows. Sent back - second key received quickly - but only fits locks with great difficulty. Can't be bothered to send back again”

“we a small charity and ordered a key incorrectly due I believe to the complicated way your web site is set. Even though we emailed our problem we have had to pay in full for a second key. So sorry not impressed”

“The key arrived in good time, but unfortunately didn't fit the locks.......... This may not be entirely your fault as the locks are on a 23yr old caravan and both the locks and the one key I had are very worn.”

“I cannot give more than 1 star as the cash box keys I ordered for the Brabantia 168 lock DID NOT turn, & "Replacement Keys" did not help me to find out why, or to get into my cash box. Questions I asked by email & in a note with the returned keys, were ignored. So the experience left me worse off as I lost time, the return postage, & I am now stuck, as I don't feel I can reorder here or elsewhere when I was not answered as to what the issue could be. I give them 1 star for politeness & quick delivery, but far better to wait longer & get a genuine replacement that WILL OPEN MY BOX! In my email I thanked them for sending the keys so quickly, but stated, "I was very disappointed to find that neither will turn in the lock. So I then tried using wd40, even though my lock is still shiny, but still it wont turn. I have taken photos of your keys in the lock, with the flash on & off to prove to you it says 168, & Brabantia is by the handle on top. I bought it from Argos many years ago. I really need to get into my cash box, but recall my key didnt look so smooth with the cut, as yours. Would you like me to download the photos from my camera card, & attach them? Please help". I was asked only to send them back for a refund. So no help.”

“I ordered keys for a Skoda detachable tow bar and quoted the number on the key 1043. They made the assumption that I meant 1D43 which is nothing like. They arrived quickly but obviously did not fit. I emailed them, sent a photo of the existing key at their request and the part numbers cast into the tow bar. They have offered me my money back on return of the keys, which I have done. So, quick response and dealt with my complaint, but no research to check that I had got the number right initially or follow up to find the right key for me.”

“I had a special requirement. I had a Union 2 lever lock and have reversed the 1&3 gates to give a different key with 3&1. I explained this would give a castellated appearance to the key and sent photo for key form identification. I received an identical ker to the existing one and on notice of intention to return it was suggested I reversed the gates. I await supply of replacement key, a blank for me to cut myself or full refund including return postage(large letter). Barrie Gillingham”

“Sent out the wrong key, though after emailing them a photo of the original and what was sent they apologised for and immediately sent the correct one. Though initially disappointed with the delay, they communicated well with customer.”
