“unfortunately the keys did not work i suggested sending them back with the switch but got no reply so going to a different supplier”

“Unfortunately the Mul-T-Lock keys sent didn't fit as the wrong blank had been used. Although Peter was prompt in replying to my concern he could not help as they didn't have the particular blank (MT5) that I needed. However I will be getting a full refund.”

“Although I ordered the correct number of the lock as stated on the filing cabinet and the ordered the correct make the key sent through did not even fit the lock, let alone lock the cabinet. I was pleased with the speed in which I received the key though.”

“I purchased 2 keys for a Helix key box that has a code of 526 stamped on the lock. The ordering process was seamless and I rec'd the keys in a timely manner. Unfortunately, even though the keys are clearly marked 526, they do not work.”

“Very helpful in identifying the required key but then unfortunately sent a replacement bearing no resemblance to that Had to return and re- order. Correct key duly arrived. Would have awarded 5* but for this error.”

“Although I ordered from the original key number J103 stamped on the head of the key. The key sent from yourselves bearing the same stamp J103 did not fit the lock, when inspected the cuts along the shank did not match the original. Infact nothing similar. The key was however received in the post within a couple of days”

“I recently cancelled an order for a Union key. However, a new key was posted to me because your staff had failed to view my cancellation request, even though it had been with you for several hours. On notifying your goodselves of this 'mistake' I was astonished to receive a SECOND key in the post the following day!! Both keys have since been returned to you in the reply paid envelope. Such a waste of time and effort on both our parts.”

“An efficient dispatch & delivery service but afraid the key didn't fit the lock. When compared to original key with same code the cut was slightly different & the key body thicker. Thankfully a friendly man helped by locking our roof box with a screwdriver!”
