“not good as my first purchase I didn't receive an email so I though it hadn't gone through so I purchased again only to find I now have 2 keys.”

“Unfortunately both the keys did not fit the lock and both keys were a different cut so I've returned them. I've suggested you send a lock with two keys so I can simply replace the lock and you can debit the difference. Hopefully we can solve the situation soon. Regards, Les.”

“Although the keys arrived promptly, were we'll packed and are certainly sturdier than the original Landrover ones, they do not enter the key hole to the full length. This means they don't align with the pins and release the lock. When I have time I will attempt to work on them with a wire brush or Emery cloth incase it is just some burrs preventing operation. But I don't have too much faith this will work.”

“Despite having the correct key number I received a key that didn't fit. Apparently, according to Matrix the manufacturer of my steel lock box, the only way I could have obtained the correct key was by sending a photo of the box and the number. Replacement Keys products are for cash boxes and filing cabinets, not high security items. However, they did immediately offer me a refund so that was a plus.”

“None of the keys worked! I would very much like you to send another key 77427. The other key is not that important as I am not the sole key holder to that locker. However, 77427 is important. Vicky Sixsmith”

“The key only works after I smoothed off all the rough edges and even then I have to jiggle it in the lock to engage it, very bad but cheap. Cheap but not vey cheerful”

“Ordered keys on 7th Feb, paid over £5 postage !, now 15th Feb and still no keys, leaving for Asia this weekend, now making do with smaller suitcase. Waisted £ 11 + . Not what I expected.”

“Ordered 2 replacement keys for my Bisley filing cabinet. Neither of them worked. Sent photo of the lock to Replacement Keys and was instructed to try removing the drawers as they may have been misaligned. This did not work. Sent keys back for a refund. Chap I dealt with was very polite but unfortunately the product didn't do the job.”

“the turn round service was excellent ,unfortunately although the key numbers were the same the keys were completely wrong ,they would not go into the lock barrel, i did email you and added a picture ,”
