“service was fantastic, standard deliver was ordered lunchtime and delivered next day, however only 2 of the 3 keys actually work in the door. why is there no contact telephone number for this company???”

“I ordered two keys but although they open the relevant cabinet, they cannot close it. Clearly the cutting is inaccurate and I shall now have to trail off to a key cutter with these poorly made replacements, to get the rough corners sorted out. Lets hope I do not waste my money entirely!”

“Prompt delivery from the UK to the US, even though the postage cost more than the key, itself. Key looked to be very well made. However, when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. Notches in the key appeared to be about 1/16-inch off from where they should have been. Took it to the oldest and most-respected key/lock shop here and they tried to modify it but to no avail. What I really wanted was just a key blank so they could cut it here.”

“I ordered 2 yamaha keys, when they arrived the wouldn,t turn in the ignition. On close inspection i could see the the key had been cut too far down the blank or it was the wrong blank. The only up side to this is that i was sent two new keys fairly quickly. Haven,t tried them yet but here,s hoping.”

“I originally ordered key number 204, but straight away realised I needed 203. I sent an email correcting this and was told it would be fine and that the correct key would be made. I've received key 204, even though the invoice has 204 scored out and replaced with 203. So now I have a useless key and a filing cabinet that I can't lock.”

“Unfortunately our instruction that the key should be half the length of the standard (7661) was misunderstood despite my sending a photo of the length that we needed. It was not the shank length that needed to be halved but the whole key length which meant that the shank length had to be within 40mm. this should have been evident from the photo and covering email which I sent of the short shank key of which we needed copies.”
