“The keys did not work. Put in the exact number that was on the lock (8008LM) but when it arrived the code was in a different order - LM8008, and they key did not work. Delivery service was good though as it arrived the next day”

“The keys they sent did not go into the locks properly. I destroyed them and got some proper ones from Yale. They also sent me an unencrypted email with the full key codes and my home address!”
