“first ones was cut wrong had to email photos and second fitted. Why supply the code only to get the wrong keys.”

“Surprised that the first key delivered had the correct identification code but did not fit. After providing a photograph of the key I required a correct key was delivered promptly. Many thanks”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery - within 24 hours. I ordered two identical keys which were for two doors in my house, but strangely only one of the keys works on both doors. As I only really need one key for now this is no great problem.”

“The replacement keys didn't work but that was expected. I had very little information and apparently other companies use the same codes If you have a code, it's like rolling the dice to expect the replacement key to work. No fault of Replacement Keys Ltd.”

“Very quick service but key you receive is not as photographed on website when ordering a take platinum replacement key. More of a generic plain black top without logo and longer than original so by 50%. Not yet used but hoping they’ll work as intended.”

“Unfortunately first key was cut to incorrect code, the second bore the correct code but did not fit. Supplied photograph showing my correct key and the second replacement. Happily the third key fits and everything is now ok. The company was helpful and communication was good.”

“Fast delivery, but the keys are a very poor fit. One keys requires moderate force to turn the lock, the other key significant force rendering it unusable in case it snaps. Both original keys work fine, and the lock is relatively new with little wear. EC-series keys.”

“I received the keys promptly. However they do not work. The number on the Helix case is 616 And the keys are numbered 616 but they do not work, why I do not know”
