“Service was fast and efficient but unfortunately the wrong profile of key was sent. I asked for a replacement and was exactly the same key that didn't work. Can't really fault the service but couldn't get the key I wanted.”

“Took a long time to arrive, but this was the Post Office at Christmas. Key is a Mercury boat engine key that only works if you giggle it around. I shall use it as an emergency back-up, so is probably OK.”

“The replacement key works. Thanks. It took 3 emails and screenshots to point out the basket states it's empty but it allowed me to pay. Normally when you add an item online, the quantity appears. In this case it didn't. This would have helped and revising this glitch is necessary.”

“Fast delivery of key. It was an emergency one for our caravan. The key doesn’t look brilliantly cut and although it turns nice and smoothly once inserted, actually inserting it is a bit of an issue as it seems to be smashing somewhere. It will serve its purpose however.”
