“I received the keys promptly. However they do not work. The number on the Helix case is 616 And the keys are numbered 616 but they do not work, why I do not know”

“Checked the roof box and found the key number on the outside, i ordered 1 key but does not work. so was pointless ordering the key as i am now going to have to go back to my 1st plan, which was to drill and remove the old lock, i think the instructions given were incorrect if they say it would open the roof box. Yes i did coat it in WD 40. Thanks Jacko”

“You cut me 4 keys (for 2 different locks with 2 keys) - but one of the keys was dreadful and I struggled to get it to operate any lock. Thats the only reason why its a 3 star review.”

“The replacement Bisley keys arrived quickly. Unfortunately the keys do not work in the lock. The number on the key and lock match. Are their older versions as it is an old Bisley cabinet ?”

“The keys arrived promptly and work ok, but they are not original Eurospec keys, that I could have got for a few quid more. A little disappointed about that but I guess they work. I could not find anywhere stating they were cut onto Silka blanks. A shame”

“Initially great. Ordered keys and they arrived the next day. However, I’d made a mistake and ordered one set wrongly. Emailed and got a quickly; returned them as advised but the new ones haven’t arrived and my email about this hasn’t received a reply. So mixed review.”

“Keys are good and worked as expected. However paid extra for a faster delivery service and didn’t receive that. Paid Thursday, keys arrived midday Tuesday on what was meant to be a 24hour service.”
