“Key arrived in super fast time but did not work, i know the lock works because i have picked it many times ant the code i sent you was correct”

“Charged £3.95 for postage when key was delivered in a large envelope costing postage of only 50p,........RIP OFF”

Dear Andrew, Thanks for your order. I have checked and the shipping cost you where charged for your order was £1.95 (£1.62 ex VAT), rather than £3.95. The price is clearly displayed in the checkout and on your invoice in the confirmation email. The shipping price covers the cost of the Royal Mail 24 service and packaging materials to send your order. I can see the order was promptly delivered and I assume the key is working as expecting. “The keys seemed to be the right shape. The lock had been treated and code double checked but unfortunately keys did not work and wouldnt go right into lock despite the lock having a clear path straight through”

“I ordered a Yale Superior Key. The one that arrived only worked one way up, when it should have worked both ways up. Replacement Keys sent another one which has exactly the same fault. I have now given up. But the price is good, and communication excellent.”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery - within 24 hours. I ordered two identical keys which were for two doors in my house, but strangely only one of the keys works on both doors. As I only really need one key for now this is no great problem.”

“The replacement keys didn't work but that was expected. I had very little information and apparently other companies use the same codes If you have a code, it's like rolling the dice to expect the replacement key to work. No fault of Replacement Keys Ltd.”
