“The service has been made slightly worse for the keys that my business regularly orders. When ordering a TKM ebike key we used to be able to upload images using a button on the order page. Since you've now worked the codes out you removed that 'upload image' button and I'll now have to email in every time I don't have a code. It's a step backwards, just put the button back.”

Hi Benson, Thanks for your feedback. In most cases we do not require an image for these keys so it is easier to now order for the majority of customers. On the rare occasions when we require an image (for the cutting details) we will email the customer to request the image. If you have a key you want producing, but its without a key code, please email us with the email and we will send you a order link. Kind regards, Peter.

“Keys arrived OK. But they didn't fit although looking the same. No means of return. Perhaps description should include more details like sizes in mm including thickness”

“The site needs to make it easier to make the right choice. My order was processed and arrived quickly, but was the wrong key. After an email exchange the correct key was identified and delivered very quickly and without charge, so excellent service!”

We try and make it as easy as possible for our customers to identify the key they need by offering a search by keycode then filters for the function/category of the key e.g. 'safe', as well as the brand/manufacturer name of the key/lock e.g. 'Karbon'. “this was an efficient service in that I sent a photo of the key and the following day a new key arrived by tracked post. The company were very quick to respond to any queries and were helpful and polite. Unfortunately the key did not work and after three more attempts, which also didn't work, they said they did not have another key to send me and they would refund what I had paid. I asked them if they would try again if I sent them the actual key I wanted them to copy, but they still couldn't do it. So a good service and worth a try if you have a relatively easy key to copy, but easy keys are relatively easy to duplicate using a high street key cutting service which might be cheaper.”

“Website easy to use and very useful service. However unfortunately delivery was made to a neighbour without permission and no notification was given. Had to email customer service for advice. First advisor was polite and helpful. Second advisor replied with basic response and lack of care.”

“Purchased Qty 3 keys for an Ultion 35/45 cylinder which was part of my 3 week old installation of a Solidor composite door. Unfortunately they did not work a further 3 keys were sent to me & these did not work either, returned keys & refund was given.”

“Fast turnaround and rapid delivery BUT keys did not fit. Shape and cut looked spot on but they we way too thick to even go in the lock. Cost more to return postage than worth so binned them and went to a local locksmith who sorted our new keys.”
