Good fast service. Ordered a total of 3 keys. 2 Fitted but unfortunately the 3rd did not work. However the key was supplied form a photo and although it had the standard key number correct, it needed modicification by me to work.

The keys have done the job however they required some polishing as they didn't correctly fit at first and it was also not clear that they were coming already cut (i thought i was ordered blanks)

Recently had a couple of keys cut for an Alko caravan coupling lock. The keys were cut to the correct profile but not cut down the blank enough for the key to go into the lock fully. I filed down the remaining 1mm shoulder myself.

Unfortunately, the key I purchased did not work. However Replacement keys processed a quick refund and were apologetic.

My precut keys order was delivered promptly. However they didn't work. A second set was quickly supplied. Unfortunately they didn't work either. Keys were returned at my own expense and my money refunded, minus the postage. Pros - they did try and resolve the issue and not just FOB me off Quick service. Cons - 2 lots of postage wasted. Manged to get working keys locally and cheaper.

Keys arrived and although similar did not match originals. Number or profile. Contacted and they asked for photos of original (repeat) and what was sent. Then two more keys arrived which work ok. Not as well as original. Overall I got replacements but it took two goes and took about two weeks.

Thanks for your feedback. We would advise using some WD-40 and retrying the new keys in the lock. Sometimes if the lock is unlubricated, a newly cut key can struggle to enter into the lock as it binds with the bins and wafers. Hope this works for you.

Ordered a replacement security-bolt key. Process easy, goods arrived promptly in good condition BUT when tried out the shaft of the key is too short (shorter than originals supplied) and sometimes won't engage. Our doors are old and thicker than standard. That's WHY we have security bolts - you can't get modern high-security doors for old, non-standard apertures. Moral - DON'T SKIMP!

The 2 Spare keys ordered were promptly delivered and worked every bit as well as the 2 keys supplied by the maker of the new mortise lock I had prchased. The price of the two keys exceeded the cost of the lock by a few pounds

Quick response, keys work fine, but not happy with delivery. I paid extra for secure delivery requiring signature, but package was just posted in letterbox.

One of the two sets of keys was wrong – although we had taken your advice. The need for a photograph caused considerable hassle, but with the key number correctly identified, the replacement keys worked well. Delivery was impressively quick.

The key works fine! Unfortunately the delivery was very delayed. It says 2-7 working days but I had to wait for maybe 16-17 working days. Maybe not a problem normally but I needed the key quit quickly.

Got one set of keys OK ! But the other set of keys didn't work had replacement keys sent to me and they where still wrong

Keys came in a timely manner. Thought I orderd blank keys but they cut them. They did not work, had to take them to a locksmith who was able to get them cut right.

I wouldnt normally have left this feedback, but it was requested, so here it is. To be honest I wasn't impressed because I was desperate for replacement keys, and the wrong ones were sent. So I had to wait even longer for the right ones. I know it's easy to make mistakes, but I would have thought they may have knocked something off the price as a good will gesture for the inconvenience, but that didn't happen. There's a lot to be said about good customer service.
