“I wouldnt normally have left this feedback, but it was requested, so here it is. To be honest I wasn't impressed because I was desperate for replacement keys, and the wrong ones were sent. So I had to wait even longer for the right ones. I know it's easy to make mistakes, but I would have thought they may have knocked something off the price as a good will gesture for the inconvenience, but that didn't happen. There's a lot to be said about good customer service.”

“The key they sent was very clearly wrong. I sent them an email and a side-by-side picture comparison and they promptly sent out a replacement - which works fine. It's a shame they didn't get it right first time as it is needed urgently.”

“The company is the only one selling the key I need for my RV, so I can't complain about the selection, but the estimated delivery time was not correct, (2-5 days to Denmark with tracked mail) and I had to contacts several local locksmiths to have the key available on time for retning out my RV. I has now been 6 workdays and the key has not yet arrived.”

“Was not expecting the Replacement Keys to be already cut, expected them to be "virgin", for me to cut upon arrival. Not sure from where you got the design, if it was from the jpg picture (and not the key number), it was not a good idea. The key would barely open the door in one direction, and in the other with would not move at all. I had to take them to a locksmith to cut the excesses in some parts, in others he could not "fill in" the parts where metal was missing but we were lucky that the key ended up working.”

Hi Alan, Thanks for your feedback. I have had a look at your order and you ordered the wrong key series which our workshop spotted and corrected to the right key (otherwise unfortunately the key you ordered wouldn't have worked). We hope the key works well in your lock. Best wishes, Peter.

“Online experience was poor. Any edits to the basket resulted in it defaulting to 'signed for' delivery at a cost, which was not wanted as I knew I was not going to be in. I emailed within 5 mins of placing the order to highlight and request a change in delivery service to my order. No reply or acknowledgement of my email at all. Keys arrived with 'signed for' delivery. Would think twice about using again.”

“New key received next day but didn't fit, informed them same day and was quickly asked for more details ie photos. Heard & received nothing for 8 days, when chased was told it had been posted that day. Coincidentally it arrived following day so alls well that ends well.”

“Service was fast and efficient but unfortunately the wrong profile of key was sent. I asked for a replacement and was exactly the same key that didn't work. Can't really fault the service but couldn't get the key I wanted.”
