“Cheapest price I could find but the keys don't go in as smoothly as the original, may take a minute to stick them in the keyhole properly”

“Purchased Qty 3 keys for an Ultion 35/45 cylinder which was part of my 3 week old installation of a Solidor composite door. Unfortunately they did not work a further 3 keys were sent to me & these did not work either, returned keys & refund was given.”

“Sadly neither key ordered fitted the lock so we have now replaced lock. Service is swift but the second key code provided was correct but it still didn't fit”

“Fast turnaround and rapid delivery BUT keys did not fit. Shape and cut looked spot on but they we way too thick to even go in the lock. Cost more to return postage than worth so binned them and went to a local locksmith who sorted our new keys.”

“Keys sent however Royal Mail delivered them to the WRONG ADDRESS!! Took one week to track them down only 50Metres from my address Gave me the Wrong address but I managed to sort this out.Paid for tracking should be refunded. Not your fault but I would not use Royal Mail again if I needed to use you again.”

“Good fast service. Ordered a total of 3 keys. 2 Fitted but unfortunately the 3rd did not work. However the key was supplied form a photo and although it had the standard key number correct, it needed modicification by me to work.”

“The keys have done the job however they required some polishing as they didn't correctly fit at first and it was also not clear that they were coming already cut (i thought i was ordered blanks)”

“Recently had a couple of keys cut for an Alko caravan coupling lock. The keys were cut to the correct profile but not cut down the blank enough for the key to go into the lock fully. I filed down the remaining 1mm shoulder myself.”

“My precut keys order was delivered promptly. However they didn't work. A second set was quickly supplied. Unfortunately they didn't work either. Keys were returned at my own expense and my money refunded, minus the postage. Pros - they did try and resolve the issue and not just FOB me off Quick service. Cons - 2 lots of postage wasted. Manged to get working keys locally and cheaper.”

“Keys arrived and although similar did not match originals. Number or profile. Contacted and they asked for photos of original (repeat) and what was sent. Then two more keys arrived which work ok. Not as well as original. Overall I got replacements but it took two goes and took about two weeks.”

Thanks for your feedback. We would advise using some WD-40 and retrying the new keys in the lock. Sometimes if the lock is unlubricated, a newly cut key can struggle to enter into the lock as it binds with the bins and wafers. Hope this works for you.

“Ordered a replacement security-bolt key. Process easy, goods arrived promptly in good condition BUT when tried out the shaft of the key is too short (shorter than originals supplied) and sometimes won't engage. Our doors are old and thicker than standard. That's WHY we have security bolts - you can't get modern high-security doors for old, non-standard apertures. Moral - DON'T SKIMP!”

“The 2 Spare keys ordered were promptly delivered and worked every bit as well as the 2 keys supplied by the maker of the new mortise lock I had prchased. The price of the two keys exceeded the cost of the lock by a few pounds”
