“Still haven't received my order”

“Key arrived promptly but although it was the correctly numbered item it was not the same. It appears that AXA makes different keys for different uses with identical serial numbers. This was not clear on the website. Replacement Keys Ltd. does not provide the AXA key that I need but was aware of the problem (AXA bicycle lock keys are not provided) when I phoned them and have offered a refund once the key is returned. (Not yet received, but perhaps it will come.)”

“Excellent service. Keys delivered within 24 hrs. Problem is they arent the right key. Requested assistance and sent photos to several email addresses. I've had no response other than to this email where I immediately received a full refund. But I still need help with getting a key. Have had no response whatsoever regarding that. But thank you for my full refund. If you can help me and I can provide now a photo of a key please contact me. Thank you.”

“I ordered a key for a 21-yr old safe. A key was posted to me with the correct numbers on it, but preceded by two letters. The key was useless to me. RK immediately refunded all my money, and declined my offer to return the useless key to them.”

“Dear Replacement Keys Ltd, The keys came quickly as promised by first class post and that was good. However, they did not fit the cabinet although it was advertised as the one for the cabinet. We were not sure if the keys could be returned or replaced with another set for free so it turned out to be a waste of money.”

“Keys arrived very quickly, the first key snapped in the lock, this of course could of meant the lock was not good. The second key we fettled up as burrs were discovered, this then operated the lock.”
