“Key came very quickly and was the correct key. Cost a little high”

“At first I found the wed site very difficult, but that's not surprising being 74, as I needed to talk with the company about the item I wanted, BUT the tel No was not on the home Page , and it took me some time to work through the pages over several days to finally find the Tel No only to find when I rang, it was a answer machine, pushing you back to the web site. So i was unable to talk to/or get advice, and had to take a chance, so placed my order, which was delivered within 2 days, that part was great, as I needed window lock replacement keys, to clean my windows, before I could start,so I was pleased that I had ordered the correct key, without your help/advice.”

“I recently bought 2 sets of keys for my 2 car top boxes,one set was fine however the other set not so good.I ordered the ones according to the number on the lock (N103) I tried the key in the lock and it fitted turned it but it didn't quite shoot the bolt over turned it back then found I couldn't get the key back out of the lock so trying to pull out wdforty and everything I could think of the key snapped and now I'm left with the other half of the key stuck in the lock with no way of getting it out.”

“I received my order in a timely matter. The number on the replacement keys do match the number on the key I needed additional keys. However, it is not shaped the same; and therefore it does not work.”

“Quick delivery and communication. The key is ok but had problem getting the key to go in in the last 1/8th inch. Even with a drop of WD40. I have to force it.”

“I was sent a key and it didn't work, i was then sent another and that didn't work either. I have now found my keys so haven't requested another. The good thing is they sent the second key with no questions or problems. Furthermore delivery was really quick. I am sure we would have got the right in the end.”

“You made a very fast delivery, 3 days from UK super. But unfurtunately the profile of the new keys are not the same as the profile of my old key. The key code printed on both the old and the new keys are the same D246. And the new and the old keys are looking the same except for the profile. Please contact me. thank you Bent Nielsen”

“This is the second order I have placed with Replacement Keys, the first being approximately a year ago or just under for exactly the same items. The ordering mechanism is quick and easy and the keys arrived as expected. Both times I have ordered two copies of the same key and my one complaint is that they do not appear particularly durable since both have since snapped in the lock from the first order, hence my second order now. Although we have keys to other cupboards that have lasted for many years without replacement, these keys did do the job prior to weakening.”

“Very good / clear website. Speed of delivery was very good; received the day after placing the order. Unfortunately the keys don't work; I don't blame replacementkeys, as I thought a generic barrel key code (013) would work on a Vauxhall own make key barrel. Looks like I'm back to the drawing-board / locksmith. In fairness to replacementkeys I haven't contacted them to query this point.”
