“The delivery was quick but disappointed with the product. Unfortunately the Chubb Star Bolt Key - Extra Long is thicker than the regular length and struggles in the lock.”

“the service was very good but the key for my garage would not go in the lock, we have sent them back and been offered a refund but not the postage.”

“Excellent service - received what I had ordered the next day, by first class post. However, although the number on the key was correct, the key does not work in the lock.”

“Hoppe keys didn't fit windows I've tried about 8 did types n neither fitted”

“The key arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it was not right for the lock. This was advised to Replacement Keys and they immediately agreed to refund the cost once they received the key back from me. It is now in the post to them. Good for service but shame it was the wrong key.”

We are really sorry about this. We have just learn't that Royal Mail mismanaged a portion of our mail on the day you ordered and you were unfortunately affected. We have organised a new set of keys to be cut and shipped first class tomorrow.
