“Key worked and fits perfectly. unfortunatley the "chrome" plastic started to come off in two places after just two uses”

“At the moment I cannot get the keys to work but need to spend more time trying to get them into the lock. As a retiree with arthritic hands it is currently a difficult job.”

“Got 2 keys, one worked immediately but the second one needs a little wriggleling to get it in to the lock but opens perfectly after.”

“I ordered one key I thouht I had ordeerd 624 but I received 634 it did not fit so I ordered two more. For a Henderson garage door these again did not my key was single sided the ones sent were double sided I complained ,and I was offered a refund on return of the keys. I thought if a number was marked on the barrel it remained that number”

“The two keys that I ordered arrived very quickly, fitted the lock and worked OK. Unfortunately the metal is very soft and one of the kesy has already broken, without any undue force on it. I'll have to be very careful when using the spare one.”

“it does open my locker but not as smooth as i hope it would it would be. i need to twist and turn before it will open. at least it will open in about a minute or two if i get it in the right place. very speedy delivery though.”

“The service was fine. Unfortunately, the barrel of the star key for my patio door security bolts wasn't long enough to get passed the wooden step. The item was labelled as 'extra long' but the measurements given weren't clear. More accurate details would be appreciated.”

“Quick service, but replacement window key did not appear to be a true Yale/Chubb brand - inferior quality and didn't work as easily as the originals. As it was more expensive per item than the packaged up branded pairs of keys seen elsewhere it was therefore poor value.”

“Arrived promptly as promised unfortunately they are the wrong key. The one I wanted only has 1 C and not two on the identification marking. I wanted C219 and got CC219”

“The ordering of my replacement key was straight forward. I did however leave it a little late, 1430 and should have used the next day delivery but as the website stated "orders before 1500 on Friday" would be despatched same day i took it as ok. I was a little disconcerted when i received an e-mail the next day saying my order had just been despatched and would take 1-3 working days. I needed the key no later than Tuesday morning. On Monday I received an e-mail saying my order could not be despatched because the Key No had not been recognised and i would receive a refund. Half an hour later the key arrived in the post. Confused, a little.”

“Very prompt and friendly service. I would have been over the moon, but sadly they keys did not fit. I have sent them back and I'm waiting for a refund. Back to square one.”
