“I was looking for a master key for the ronis cc range . As you can appreciate that I know nothing about keys just that I needed a master well there was a choice of 4 (who has 4 master keys for one set of locks ) anyway I have chosen the wrong one. But I'm not going through the rigmarole of sending it back and getting a new one which might be wrong also. So there you go that's my feedback.”

“For the cost and under first class delivery the time taken to deliver was poor but the key is correct and works and was easy to order so it was an average service in totality”

“Online experience excellent, ordered 9.30am last Saturday, despatched by noon, arrived Monday am. Unfortunately the key I was sent did not unlock my towhook but my local garage is still trying to free what they think is a problem with the hook locking mechanism and hope to unlock it eventually”

“I ordered 2 different types of keys one set perfect but the other was wrong even though the make and No: was correct and couldn’t supply the it, disappointing because I was trying to keep postage costs down by ordering both key sets from the same site, I was looking at another site but they couldn’t offer both key sets back to paying twice for postage. Ok I will get a refund for goods and return post.”

“I was very happy with service up to delivery but then found wrong keys had been supplied !! Despite e-mailing to helpline as instructed on 17/8/15 it is now 21/8/15 and I have not received a reply which is most dissappointing (website said I would get a reply within 24 hrs. so not happy D J Harriman”
