“Was a good service , unfortunately the key didn't work”

“Delivery was very good. I bought a 2.5mm Allen key type window lock key. Unfortunately it wasn't quite right for the lock - I had to file it down a little to fit and operate the lock. Overall I was happy to find the spares .”

“Although the key I received didn't fit the lock. Their customer service is good as when they received my email they could not see the picture I sent of the lock they replied to my email straight away and asked me to resend it. I was also kept in the loop in regards to delivery.”

“I received my order within 7 days. One of the keys was broken when I opened the package. The one good key is weak, and will not last long, but it does work in the lock. My suggestion upon receiving a new key is to have it copied onto a higher quality key.”
