“The keys I ordered did not fit the lock. However the main problem was that I contacted you by email twice using two different email address and I received no replied. Bad customer service which is a shame as the keys (even though they didn't fit) came quickly.”

“On previous occassions I have had good experiences with Replacement Keys but on the last occassion I had to wait for almost 2 weeks for the keys to arrive and that was only after I emailed them to ask of the whereabouts of my order.”

“Sent off for two keys with number 137as requested neither one was anywhere near right so that cost me £6.00now i have to send them back at my expense to get my money refunded would not reccomend this firm.”

“Unfortunately the replacement key didn’t fit properly & got stuck in the top box. That said, delivery of key was quick and at a reasonable price.”

“Yale superior keys only worked on one side of the door. The cutting was visibly very different to the original. After sending clear photo evidence of the difference their was response was to return the keys for a refund with no attempt to rectify or admission of deficiency in their ability to cut Yale superior keys from codes. On the other hand their responses were prompt and polite.”

“The code supplied with the Yale Euro lock and 3 keys was the one entered at the time of ordering but the cutting profile of the keys sent doesn't look anything like the keys I have. The keys do not work and are a total waste of money. I will have to take the originals to a key cutter to get the correct profile.”
