“Seems tone good quality. Arrived on time, god price for product. Easy to cut and fit. The colour looks a bit striped but as it is only a foot cleaner that is OK”

Hello Mr Wormald, Thanks for the review! As the Coir Matting is a naturally dyed product, sometimes the colour does have a faded stripe through the roll of a slightly different grey. We are pleased you are happy with the service provided.

“Only giving a 3 because my vinyl was damaged but otherwise the service was excellent Detailed e mails Prompt reply to my complaint and some refund I am really pleased with the vinyl but would be reluctant to use you again due to the damage as the product appeared so well wrapped”

Hello mrs Gallagher, thanks for the review. We do try our best to wrap up the flooring to the best we possibly can. Sadly, sometimes the couriers do not handle the product with care and this can sometimes cause slight damage to the product. We are really sorry about this, We are glad you have now sorted this and the flooring has been fitted.

“After ordering sample we bought very nice inexpensive vinyl for kitchen. Colour online was as good as it could be but needed sample to be sure. Found service helpful and efficient. Arrived pretty quickly and free delivery as over £50. Very pleased.”
