“Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. I have no qualms recommending this company, and will definitely use them again - OUTSTANDING 👏👏👏”

“I was very disappointed with the premium oak double carpet bar I bought from Remland. I suppose I should have been wary when they wouldn't send me a sample in advance despite me asking them in person on the phone. Delivery was quite slow but they arrived well packaged and protected. I bought 3 x 2.3m lengths. One of these had quite deep fissuring, one had severe pitting on the surface and one was warped. The website said these were supplied UV lacquered for a durable finish but mine were supplied poorly finished with no lacquer evident. Certainly not a premium product and barely fit for purpose. On a positive note, I also ordered premium oak double bevelled threshold. This was good quality, well finished with lacquer and will be suitable for replacing my existing thresholds.”

“I’m so pleased to have used Remland. The online experience was so easy. Told you exactly how many metres you needed. How much it cost. They saved me so much money as the vinyl I ordered was £10 cheaper a metre than another company I was going to use. It arrived very quickly and I’m so pleased how it looks in our kitchen.”
