“Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. I have no qualms recommending this company, and will definitely use them again - OUTSTANDING 👏👏👏”

“First time I’ve used this company, needed a trowel for parquet flooring project. The trowel arrived in good time, was labelled correctly but was not the correct notch size B1 instead of B11! Mistakes happen and it’s how they’re dealt with which makes the difference. Remland were quick to apologies and very quick to rectify the situation. The next day I had the correct trowel and started my project when I had planned. I would highly recommend using them as I will in the future.”

“hi sent wrong carpet told them no good on phones or computers can send old carpet back when they send correct colour carpet they said need to send photo isaid i am old and not up with mordern tech aqnd have no one to help me but they said need photo to sort and that was it like you see offer to send old carpet back was not mymistake will not deal again with this company again they have lost out got to replace carpet 3 rooms running into thousand so there lost will tell freinds and relatife not to use this firm”
