“Amazing customer service, with queries answered promptly and with professionalism. Samples were delivered for free (max 4). No sales pressure when speaking directly with the sales team. Carpet ordered at a great price, and delivered on time, albeit a hiccup with DX, which was sorted out by Remland the nextday. I have no qualms recommending this company, and will definitely use them again - OUTSTANDING 👏👏👏”

“I don't usually write reviews but really pleased with Remland. Samples arrived quickly. Choice was easily made. Ordered and flooring arrived in 3-4 days. Love the product, looks great, feels and looks good quality. It was the design that caught my eye, didnt do much comparing prices but price seemed reasonable to me.”

“I paid for express delivery and the product was received in good time and safely despite some difficult weather conditions. Product was perfect for what we wanted which was to board the back of some kitchen cupboards. Mounted on batons at the back of the cupboards and painted a matching colour they look part of the original installation.”

“Very disappointed and annoyed! Was sent wet, muddy and chipped laminate. Would not recommend shopping here they don't take any accountability for anything. Laminate cracks and fall apart when touch like cardboard. Avoid, they also send polished samples but when order laminate it's not polished. (OSLO LAMINATE)”

“I ordered 2 packs of the Superior Wood Rigid Core SPC Click LVT 6.5mm - Built In Underlay by Remland and they arrived quickly with no problem. The customer was impressed with the finished look so wanted two other smaller rooms doing the same. I ordered 2 more packs of ther same item, but unfortunatly 1 pack was badly damaged in transit. After contacting Remland & showing them the damage they quickly organised a replacement pack and all was fine. Well done to all the team at Remland.”

“Amazing wool carpet and underlay at very reasonable price. Super helpful customer service from Sophie and Maria-Louise. Plus could elect a delivery date. Delivery man couldn't enter home due to insurance so make sure you have enough people at home to bring rolls of carpet into house.”
