Bit disappointed as the vinyl is dented in a few places. I couldn't unwrap at the point of delivery to check due to size and weight as installer wasn't due. Lots of emails saying this has to be done but with 4x4m this is difficult. Next time I'll get from somewhere local. Bit concerned about how well it will last due to damage that is already apparent

Time from ordering to dispatch was longer than expected. 7 days after placing my order online I had a second email to say “we’re working on it”. I contacted customer services to see how much longer it would be, and was informed that they need 3-7 working days for the product I ordered. I said I ordered 7 days ago but they informed me they work in working days, so I actually ordered 5 days ago. However, they did say that they would send it out that day, which they did, and it arrived the next day. The flooring arrived with a dirty patch on it where the packaging had split on delivery but I cut this piece off anyway as it was just on one edge. The sellotape that was used to hold the role together also washed off. The floor itself seems to be of a good quality and went down as it should.

Vinyl was excellent and the texture was more pronounces than expected. Only downside was that on the 4m length, the cut was 1.5cm out from end to end, making it difficult to lay from the start, with the same issue at the other end. Didn’t seem to be machine cut.

Good price, local business, delivered in good time albeit 2 of the 12 boards were damaged and not usable ...didn't advise Remland, could have been the courier company, assumed more hassle than worth to try and return, replace.

The item is as ordered but the delivery took much longer than the stated time. I had to chase it myself, I got no updates on why it was late.

Great product but it took a while to get it from the poo t of order to point of delivery. It was damaged but I managed to lay it in away that part ended up outside the visible area.

When I enquired about stock availability I was told stock was available and would be delivered within 8-10 days. I placed an order on 5/9/24 but didn’t receive the goods until 26/9/24. I was also expecting a confirmation email once my order had gone through but ended up having to phone to ask for details of the order. I was not happy with the delivery method. The goods arrived on a pallet and was left on the pavement. We have 17 steps up to the front door. I would not have expected the delivery man to carry the pallet up the stairs. He could, however, have carried the six relatively small boxes up to the house and taken the pallet back to his van on the trolley he had. Instead my husband and I struggled to take the pallet up the stairs and through to the back garden to be disposed of somehow.

Although very helpful on telephone there was failure to get the order into the system. Respond to my telephone enquiry when it because apparent that order was not placed with Forbo was rapid and goods did arrive within a few days. Fortunately work for which this was required had been delayed for other reasons.

Only reason for 3 stars is that it wasn't clear how the order was progressing and when despatched. I was very pleased with the matting, it matched the description perfectly

The vinyl carpet that we ordered is fine. The colour pattern is a bit smudged at a few places though! And, the delivery was so slow!! We ordered on 21 oct and it arrived on 9 Nov. We almost had to forget that we ordered one.

Thank you for the prompt delivery, how ever there is no sparkle in the vinyl, and it's quite slippery, that said I would have no problem with using your company again

Great product and service spoiled by poor delivery. The vinyl is great quality and the samples and ordering process were great but the delivery experience is very poor. I expected a text or for the driver to ring the door bell but instead I found the roll dumped in the front yard with a big bend in it. I understand that it is almost impossible for one person to carry a 5m roll and has to hoick it over their shoulder but this inevitably damages the vinyl in the pinch point. Fortunately the damaged point is close to the edge of the room so hopefully it won’t rip further but not ideal. I’m sure you’re aware of these issues as you very clearly warn customers they can’t complain about damaged goods unless it is pointed out to the driver. No wonder he ran away.

i FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE STAFF TO DEAL WITH MY ORDER, ALSO THE SITE IS NOT EASY TO USE FOR AN ORDER

Basically I am a happy customer. The only thing I would say for improvement is my mat wasn't cut with a straight edge off the roll (see photo) so I had to cut a straight edge myself instead of trusting the machine cut from the template.
