Only reason for 3 stars is that it wasn't clear how the order was progressing and when despatched. I was very pleased with the matting, it matched the description perfectly

The vinyl carpet that we ordered is fine. The colour pattern is a bit smudged at a few places though! And, the delivery was so slow!! We ordered on 21 oct and it arrived on 9 Nov. We almost had to forget that we ordered one.

Thank you for the prompt delivery, how ever there is no sparkle in the vinyl, and it's quite slippery, that said I would have no problem with using your company again

Great product and service spoiled by poor delivery. The vinyl is great quality and the samples and ordering process were great but the delivery experience is very poor. I expected a text or for the driver to ring the door bell but instead I found the roll dumped in the front yard with a big bend in it. I understand that it is almost impossible for one person to carry a 5m roll and has to hoick it over their shoulder but this inevitably damages the vinyl in the pinch point. Fortunately the damaged point is close to the edge of the room so hopefully it won’t rip further but not ideal. I’m sure you’re aware of these issues as you very clearly warn customers they can’t complain about damaged goods unless it is pointed out to the driver. No wonder he ran away.

i FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE STAFF TO DEAL WITH MY ORDER, ALSO THE SITE IS NOT EASY TO USE FOR AN ORDER

Basically I am a happy customer. The only thing I would say for improvement is my mat wasn't cut with a straight edge off the roll (see photo) so I had to cut a straight edge myself instead of trusting the machine cut from the template.

Not a happy experience. Admittedly Remland were the only ones on-line who had the carpet I wanted. Ordered on Fri 10 March, it took Remland 10 days to get round to dispatching the small piece of entrance matting. Remland chose to use DX for the delivery. Sadly DX were particularly inefficient. They said they delivered at 08.30 which was probably true but I heard no door bell and it was left at a neighbour. DX claimed to have left a ‘calling card’ but none was left. One neighbour said that they didn’t have it. It shouldn’t be up to me to chase round all the neighbours, just a simple card with a house number would solve everything. The other neighbour is a nurse and I don’t like disturbing her in case she is sleeping. It was not until the afternoon that she kindly brought the carpet to me. A very poor experience compared to dealing with other on-line retailers. Remland OK if you don’t mind waiting and can put up with DX leaving your purchase who knows where.

While the product seems to deliver as described, the service and delivery was poor. I was advised it would arrive within 5 working days. However it was only after a week had passed and I emailed asking that I suddenly received an email saying it had been dispatched.

Not the best purchase made by us, we have a new hall way carpet, and wanted to protect it so we purchase a Clear PVC type hall way runner. Cut to our specific length. It just keeps moving, the carpet is fairly long pile, but just keeps moving & doubleing up on it's self, Frustrating.

I do hate getting asked for a review before the product has turned up. Which is taking an age. The samples were sent fast and seem to be of good quality - so good on that front.

Delivered - couriers very good. customer service needs massive improvement - as an OAP it was hard work - glad i took pic of the advertising offer too!!!!

great product good delivery unfortunatly an impact had broken the lid on the edge which made it impossible to reseal and it sets very quickly so lost a bit of product

I found it reassuring to be able to speak to customer services via the phone after our online order went AWOL, but I'd say that could have been avoided by using a decent delivery company which reads the delivery notes! I will definitely be using Remland Carpets in the future, but will be ordering well in advance of installation!

Best price for the flooring I wanted. Fast delivery. The roll of vinyl arrived in a roll as expected but it had been sellotaped which when removed left a glue residue on the flooring that took ages to clean off. Despite using a variety of products I was still unable to remove the residue. Luckily the flooring was too large so I was able to cut out the sticky area. Basic mistake Remland - Use an alternative method!
