“Floor looks great, haven't laid yet but looks mint, could have been wrapped better though as the cellophane was pretty thin, other than that it's all good, very happy with purchase, exactly the floor we were looking for, big black & white chequers.”

“Very happy with delivery and cost . Product arrived quickly and not damaged in transit. Product matches description and looks very good . My only negative is the crease down the middle which you can feel and see. Hopefully it will improve with time and use.”

“All ok, but maybe some cardboard corner protectors would be useful. No damage to speak of and nothing that will spoil what I need it for, but they would help . Other than that all perfect and very prompt delivery. Thanks”

“The ordering and delivery of material was straightforward, though the initial estimate of delivery leaves a very wide range of dates which makes it difficult to arrange fitting. The material itself was as ordered, but was slightly disappointing in that it was supposed to be an exact replacement for a previous order but the colours in this batch are definitely less vivid than the previous version.”

“I recently purchased vinyl flooring from Remland. When it was unrolled on fitting day, I was surprised and quite disappointed to find tyre track marks running right through the middle of it. Luckily I was able to clean the marks off, but it wasn’t something I’d expect on brand-new flooring, especially given the cost. That said, when I contacted Remland about the issue, their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, apologised sincerely, and arranged a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience. They also reassured me that they would raise the matter with the manufacturer to prevent it happening again. Overall, whilst I was disappointed by the condition of the flooring when it arrived, I was very impressed with how Remland handled the situation. Their prompt and considerate response showed they take customer concerns seriously. I’d recommend them based on this experience, though I would personally want to check any pre-packaged flooring before delivery in the future, just to avoid any surprises.”

“I ordered flooring from Remland Carpets and overall, I’m happy with the quality and price. They had some good discount codes which helped, and the flooring itself looks great. The only downside was the delivery—it wasn’t as quick as I expected. “Not yet fitted but the product and service is spot on. Don’t buy Lino with a 0.2 mm wear layer, as it won’t last - buy Remlands, as it’s 0.7 mm and will last forever”
