“Not Impressed! I was advised that colour of item (Flotex) I ordered was not available until late April. I agreed to wait, so no problem with this situation. However I don't like the fact that you have banked my money before goods are supplied - not good business practise in my opinion. Also you seem to have an uncontrolled mailing system that repeats emails which has twice advised me that goods are being dispatched when I know they aren't! And now you are asking me to review my delivery when I haven't had one.”

Hello Robert, We are sorry to hear you are not impressed with the service we provide. The Flotex range is being revamped this is why there is currently no stock of the colour you have chosen. We did give you the option to have a refund as soon as we heard back from the manufacturers that the colour was not in stock but as mentioned you did decide to wait so thank you for that. “First time I've ordered anything which I had to measure. I'm a ft and inches oldie but the chat line was open and very helpful. All arrived quickly and the correct fit. Delighted. Would recommend the Firm well done.”

“Service was great, no problems at all and much cheaper than buying from our local carpet shop. We purchased a roll of carpet, underlay and a vinyl floor covering and all arrived OK without any issues.”

“I ordered a 3m/5m length of vinyl flooring from remland,there website was very easy to use.my order was placed at 8pm sunday evening and was delivered in perfect condition on Tuesday at10.50am and that's from kent to west Yorkshire.the order was tracked via a link on there email sent to me.thay get 5 stars from me.”

“Carpet arrived on time and as described. Price was very competitive. Only just been laid in foyer of community centre. Time will tell as to whether it was a good purchase or not. Looks good though.”

“Delivery of goods poor had to send emails and phone and then collect goods. No note through door were goods were and nothing to say been delivered to totally different place were it was supposed to be delivered too. The item was wrapped too hard and broke some of the edges on the wood and I had to correct and make good. Internet site was good and lady at Remland pleasant and tried her best to help.”
