“We placed two orders online a few days apart. The first order was trouble-free. We haven't used the vinyl yet, but it looks all right. The second order was more complicated and involved several telephone calls, an unanswered email, and finally cancellation and a refund. So, a mixed bag, but a genuine company, and good value when they can get the product. .”

“Very pleased with the service from Remland. We phoned for samples which arrived next day then ordered online. Arrived promptly and tiles look great. Only downside is the packaging which had burst open in transit, though nothing inside was damaged.”
