“Good value - I had an issue with my order and it was rectified in a timely manner, with replacement vinyl sent free of charge. Would use again - am looking forward to seeing the vinyl in situ once fitted!”

“The carpet tiles were the exact colour as on the internet picture,they were quiet hard to cut around fancy plinths, they are in a bathroom ,look OK The only comments I would make is the manufacturer uses very poor packing the box was coming apart when I received it”

“Carpet tiles are lovely and were well packed , i did expect them a little bit quicker than 8 days though but there down and are nice and soft so Ia`m happy.”

“Had the best price for this product. They did have good communication but their courier didn't deliver when they said they would which I understand wasn't their issue.”

“Very good price and lowest delivery cost I could find. Product quickly dispatched. Unfortunately the vinyl had a hole in when delivered. It was a perfect round hole like a paper punch would make and was on the inside of the roll so didn’t happen in transit. Very disappointing as it must have been clearly visible during dispatch. Luckily it just happened to be on a part that needed to be cut away during fitting.”

We do check all rolls to ensure no damage is on the flooring before sending it out, sometimes the roll wrapped up in the vinyl if stood on or crushed can slightly pierce the vinyl. We are glad you was able to cut around the hole and fit your vinyl flooring, we hope to see you online again soon! :)

“Contact from Remland letting me know via email where the order was would have helped without me having to phone up and also finally getting the carpet after a mix up with the courier did not help, but the carpet now laid looks great”
