“I telephoned for advice before buying the product and was provided with useful information before I ordered online. The flooring is at a competitive price compared to other outlets. Delivery was satisfactory although all boxes except for one were split when they arrived.”

“Ordering was simple, kept informed via e-mail pending delivery, delivered promptly and left flooring in a dry place, which was good because we did not find a card to say the delivery had occurred on our return, and it was later in the evening when we went to that area that we found the roll of flooring.”

“Good quality vinyl and good customer care when we requested a specific delivery date. But, appalling delivery team who dropped the goods in the front yard and had to be asked repeatedly to bring them in the house. Would strongly recommend reviewing customer care procedures with delivery company. Thanks”

“a double check of the order after putting in the payment details would be useful, as my order came to more than I anticipated and could only find out why after I accepted payment. I am awaiting a cheque repayment - flooring arrived and one of the boxes had somewhat disintegrated though the contents seem fine”

“Carpet arrived ok with no sign of external damage, but a 3\ black mark was visible on the carpet. I managed to remove it with a carpet cleaner but woul have thought it should have been spotted by provider.”

“It was a good service with the Vinal arriving in the time scale promised. The only criticism is that having cut 2.3m off arole 3m wide they roled it up into a 3m role rather than 2.3m. I had to undo it and re-roll it to get it in my car!!!”
