“The colour of the coir matting was much darker that I imagined. I ordered grey and the matting that arrived was almost black with an odd fleck of brown. Luckily it was not critical for the colour or I would have returned it. The light oak threshold (2.4m length) was excellent.”

“Very easy to order online. Competively priced. Arrived within a few days. Now been laid in our entrance hall and looks great. There was a tear to the underneath section, but cut around this as we have a thick wall to cut around. It was not damaged during delivery.”

“Really pleased with my new flooring, the only criticism I could give, would be that, it would be nice to know at point of order roughly how long you have to wait for your flooring to arrive. I think from order to receiving it was around 7 days so not long but would have been nice to of known how long to expect.”

“Website and order procedure great, but there was no indication given on the confirmation when the free delivery would be made. I called a few days later to be told the ordered vinyl wasn't even in Folkestone and that it couldn't be delivered when it arrived (the next day). I ended up travelling to Folkestone and picking it up myself - which was very disappointing as the free delivery was an incentive to order.”
