“We would recommend you on price and service and will definitely purchase from you again, but we do have an issue with the delivery arrangements. Each time we have ordered from you we have specifically asked for someone to contact us to arrange delivery so we can make sure someone is at home, and each time this request has been ignored. We were given a rough delivery date, but the order was left with a neighbour and nothing put through our door to say this had happened. We finally picked up our carpet tiles when the neighbours knocked 3 days later to ask when we were coming to collect them , but we didn't know they were there. We had indicated we did not want delivery left with a neighbour, but again this was ignored, so please can you review your delivery arrangements. This is our only gripe as we have always receievd what we asked for, and at a very good price.”

“Answered queries promptly viae-mail. However delivery time of 3-5 days and then 2days once order was placed but delivery was chenged to 2 weeks from supplier.”

“Although the order took slightly longer than expected to arrive, when I 'phoned to enquire about the delivery the service was great. very friendly & helpful. Only criticism being that one of the lengths of vinyl was a little shorter than ordered (4.8 not 5m)”

“Only complaint is that the vinyl was only wrapped in one layer of thin polythene which had been repeatedly snagged , just lucky the vinyl was OK . If this issue is sorted the following applies . Thanks .”

“on line ordering system was easy. Goods delivered as per information given with tracking number. Unable to check goods as delivery driver was running late and it would have been inconvenient to examine goods and packaging was slightly damaged so I am hoping when vinyl is opened and ready to lay (in 3 weeks) all will be brilliant!”

“The ordering and payment system worked well. The courier gave a lot of initial information about the collection and movement of the order but did not send a final email stating the actual day of delivery. Fortunately someone was home. Apart from that I am very pleased.”
