“Description on website was accurate of goods purchased. They arrived safely packaged. Very happy with my purchase especially as this was the first time I shopped with them online. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is that dispatch could have been quicker.”

“Very pleased with vinyl. nice product, good value. delivery service not so good. The free sample I ordered initially never turned up - so took a chance on the main order. My delivery instructions were to leave with a neighbour if not in, but the driver just left it by the front door. Lucky my neighbour saw him and took it inside.”

“Carpet arrived on time and as described. Price was very competitive. Only just been laid in foyer of community centre. Time will tell as to whether it was a good purchase or not. Looks good though.”

Hello Catherine, Thanks for the review, your flooring looks great! We are sorry about the slight issue which occurred once the goods was sent out. As explained the goods was held back at the couriers depot as it sadly did not make it to the truck in time for delivery. We are pleased the flooring is now with you and it looks amazing in your home!

“Delivered on time. Exactly as described. Only wish it had been cut straighter at both ends to avoid having to square it up with a knife first.”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for your review. The coir is hand cut so sometimes it can be a little difficult to get the cut straight, I will pass this info on the guys in the warehouse. We hope to see you shop with us again soon.

“The coir mat arrived very soon, well wrapped, it is a good price and the exact thickness we need. One edge was not cut straight and I trimmed it without much problem.”

The Coir Matting is cut down by a stanley knife so sometimes the cut is not perfectly straight, sorry about that! “Slight hold up when our first colour choice was unavailable, my message choosing another colour was not replied to. All sorted when I phoned. Apart from that the delivery came swiftly and is just what we wanted.”

“This is the second order that I have placed with Remland Carpets. The first time very pleased. good price and quick delivery. The second time order placed just before xmas and got lost1 However after xmas, a telephone call and profuse apologies the order arrived within three days. So, a bit of a stumble but a good recovery.”

“I thought the ordering online was very easy to do, and my order was sent out promptly. Communication via email was good. The product seems of good quality. One thing I will say is that the lino looked like it was a square pattern online, but now it's arrived it's cut the other way so it will be diamond shapes when put down. I think it will look fine, so not sending it back, but you might want to adjust the online photo. Thank you. The delivery was prompt but they just left it on the doorstep without knocking. It wasn't stolen, but it wasn't a very secure place to leave it.”

Hello Mrs Clare, Thank you for leaving your review. We offer a free sampling service so every customer can be sure they are ordering a vinyl which suits your home the very best. The images are provided by the manufacturers I will request for a new image for our website, thank you for notifying us. The couriers have left a POD and it states that when the goods was left there was no one at home, they followed the delivery instructions and left it 'to the side of doorstep' as requested. We appreciate your feedback, we hope to see you online again soon!

“Better than half the price in store - vinyl flooring was textured, which was unexpected as it didn’t show in the picture, but very happy with the way it looks. Delivery was quick and efficient”
