“Great carpets bars not quite rose gold as colour stated but looks fantastic on my red carpet more a pink, light purple but look good service of remands was good after I had contacted them after waiting 10 days on them with no contact too say they couldn’t get colour I ordered so just ordered another colour but had too pay carpet fitter twice too come back and put them on was going too buy another pink one but the delivery was more than the bar so didn’t bother”

“Had some problems setting up an account but did not detract from overall service. First order was delivered damaged - replacement were easy to organise ( by providing photos and sent back to helpline email address). Second order was delivered in much sterdier packaging. Thank you”

“Unfortunately the carpet sample wasn't a light enough shade but I could have lived with it... Because the sample took a week to arrive, when I went back online to order there weren't enough of that particular clearance tile left in stock. Never mind... Thank you for your service. Will visit the site again at some point”

“Longer than 2-5 day delivery, clearance offer was not asked to sign looked ok but on unrolling had slight damage overall good as hidden area.. still pleased with my purchase.. will definitely buy from again”

“This is the second time we have bought a Flotex carpet from Remland. The first time worked like clockwork, with speedy delivery, more carpet than we ordered and the excellent quality that we would expect from Flotex. This time we had a problem getting samples. I think they took longer than last time and one never arrived at all! Whether this was the fault of Remland or the manufacturers I cannot say, although I suspect the latter. However the carpet arrived quickly after we ordered it, It will be laid in 2 days’ time, and I expect it will be just as good as last time.”
