“I cannot fault the quality and price of the entrance carpet purchased from Remland - it was around half the price quoted by a local supplier for the same quality. My only comment would be the delivery times were a little longer than expected. The initial sample took almost 3 weeks to arrive and the final carpet nearly as long.”

“Excellent range of vinyls very competitively priced. Staff were extremely helpful in providing information which was not on the website descriptions. In choosing patterns, it is vitally important to know what size the pattern is, particularly for chequerboard styles, yet this information is lacking in many of the patterns I looked at. Although the staff were able to help most of the time, it made choosing more difficult and could easily be avoided with more info on the website.”

“Flooring was a fantastic price and I’m very happy with it. However it was delivered outside of my property in the rain partially damaged. The delivery man said it was too heavy for him to carry any further and he hoped that I had someone who could help me move it. It was 4m x 6m and 2m x 4m.”

“We ordered a vinyl flooring from Remland carpet to fit ourselves in the kitchen. It was a great value for money and the floor was beautiful, nicely packed. The only thing I’d mention is perhaps an email to have an idea of when it would be delivered would be great. We did receive a call on the day which was great, but a little bit more notice would have been appreciated.”

“All ok, apart the delivery. It mentions that when taking delivery you must sign it DAMAGED if the product is damaged. Well you cannot do that if you cannot unroll the product to check. Also if you breify looked over the product and wanted to cover yourself , you were not able to sign DAMAGED because the delivery person would not let you sign. Also it would help organize your day if the delivery person was given a contact telephone to give you a ETA.”

“There was a problem with my order in that the in-stock carpet tiles were not in fact in-stock. However I found that the information imparted from Remland carpets was truthful and accurate. Although waiting for some time for the tiles and rest of the order when it arrived I was more than pleased due to the quality and accuracy of supply. Would certainly use Remland carpets again.”
