“Although on recipt of delivery i noticed some minor damage to the vinyl and contacted them to let them know and would have been willing to repace it should i have needed to, but luckliy didnt hamper it being used as the fitter had enough to avoid using it and as such i am pease with the finish”

“The flotex carpet I bought is gorgeous- super for my new kitchen as it’s soft and warm on bare feet in the morning but waterproof and super easy to keep clean. I would never have thought to put something like it in the kitchen of all places but one was down when I moved in 6 years ago and still looked good when I changed it. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to chase delivery. I understand it’s difficult getting stuff from overseas at the moment but it should be remland phoning me to say sorry it’s been delayed not me phoning them to ask why it’s not here…”

“Vinyl very good ,but wasn't very happy with the courier he just left it at my front door,I put on the delivery if wasn't in could you leave with my neighbour the courier was very lucky that I have good neighbours that took it in and also thankful for my cameras in full view how he left the item .. Good value Vinyl but very bad courier service....”

“Remland customer service was Very helpful As i was indecisive about how dark vinyl flooring would be, as I wanted the platinum but it wasn't available in a 3m size. Delivery was quick Product well wrapped, only issue vinyl was sealed round with salotape I'm still trying remove tackyness of it. All in all pleased with flooring”

“When I ordered, the floor covering came very quickly and has gone down very well. I would have given 5 stars except that the samples took so long to come and I had to make repeat ordering for them, same ones and a couple extra as original choices were out of stock which would have been useful to know earlier. However, this would not stop me ordering again from Remland and I’m pleased my fittter recommended Remland as I hadn’t been aware of the company before hand. Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend Remland to others.”

“Vinyl was slightly damaged at start of the roll. But more than enough material was provided I ordered 3x3.2m but 3x3.9 provided. As damage was in the first .5m this didn’t matter. Price was competitive.”

“The ordering process was simple and straight forward, great price when you factor in free delivery. Would give 5 stars, however there was no communication on the day of delivery and as I was out at work, my delivery had to be left outside. It was all fine, but I would liked to have been in to take receipt.”
