“The carpet tiles ordered were delivered promptly - direct from the manufacture I believe. The boxes were all falling open with the tiles hanging out and 'Security Sealed' tape around them. Fortunately none of the tiles seemed damaged, but it is not a good way to deliver. Perhaps not Remland's fault, but it should be addressed with the manufacturer.”

“Telephone help excellent, the young man checking that the vinyl was in stock before I ordered it on line. It arrived within 7- 9 days. Have not had it laid yet as have sent for samples for the bathroom and will have both done at the same time. Would use this firm again.”

“The contact and ordering arrangements were very efficient but the delivery was annoyingly delayed due to human error. Despite that, the 2 laminate packs were delivered and had been very well protected so they arrived complete and intact.”

“The vinyl looks great in the hallway. The only negative about the experience was that the delivery company abandoned it outside a house on the wrong street. Luckily when the resident got home they were able to figure out it was ours and let us know.”

“I ordered some vinyl flooring, but discovered that the measurement wasn't even close to what I had ordered. However, it was dealt with quickly and I received the correct measurement the next day. This kind of thing does have a knock on effect for the decorator employed to fit the floor. I like the flooring very much and it has worked well.”

“Communication was good. I ordered my linoleum and it arrived after a week. Unfortunately there was a small tear in the lino that was not visible until the packaging was removed. The response was positive and I was happy with the resolution.”

“Great quality product and quick delivery. However, the delivery was left next to my house (I live in the middle of town) I left a note saying not to leave deliveries as I’ve had items stolen previously! The note was ignored.”

“Swift service at a good price. The only issue was that the delivery came earlier than expected, which is certainly not a major complaint! It would have been good to have an accurate date so I could prepare for the delivery. Otherwise, really helpful.”

“Great product, at a great price! But very poor customer service: I sent an email asking two questions: did the carpet need an underlay and was it appropriate for stairs. There was no reply after a week. So I telephoned. The person who answered said she would ask someone for the answers to my questions. After a few minutes she came back to give me the answer to one question, but when I asked about the other question she said she had forgotten to ask. She said she would forward my email to someone who would answer, but nobody ever did.”

“Good service but carpet more blue than black.It is for a glass cutting table and perfectly adequate for that purpose . Should have done more pattern research: alls well that ends well. Very pleased.”
