“Ordering quite easy on the internet. delivery very slow had to chase them up. but once reminded delivery was the next day. The delivery man was courteous and helpful.”

“Really helpful customer service staff. I was able to change the delivery date by calling and they rescheduled it to a more convenient date. Ordering the flooring was very straightforward. I thought I was getting a discount but it seems that I had missed it when I went back in to order. I did find the same flooring cheaper elsewhere after the order so more competitive pricing would be welcome.”

“Service was overall very good. Product was as advertised, well packaged and in good condition. Took a long time to deliver, but was around Xmas. My only quibble was that I was given a day for delivery, couldn't get a time, so had to stay in for whole day when it didn't arrive plus following morning until it did.”

“The carpet is just what I wanted and at a good price. I did only ask for 2 metres and I got 3 and was charged accordingly. I was able to use it all though, so never mind.”

“Quality was good, and the delivery was very quick. The vinyl had been damaged in transit and had a chunk taken out of it 2 layers down on the roll. Luckily this is where I had to cut out for the shower cubicle so it wasn’t an issue, but I would recommend more packing.”

“Easy to order online and product looks good, not yet fitted so can’t comment on the finished look. Delivery via dhl was however problematic. Didn’t arrive when it said it would, nor the next day. Reason provided via their tracking was ‘cannot locate address due to what’s been provided by supplier’ which led me to request delivery at a pick up point. The item was then delivered to my house, and the driver said that dhl hadn’t updated the details so it’s here rather then the shop (which at the end of the day was more convenient for me). 3 hours later I got a text saying my delivery was delayed but on its way…. (I already had it…).”

“Absolutely love the result in my summer house. A small dent/cut in fortunately the off cut but laid well ( hubby did it). Feels warm and looking forward to the insulating affect.”
