“Good service. Once the order was placed, it was not obvious when the carpet would get delivered but I spoke to them, a delivery date was agreed. The driver also called to confirm what time he will be delivering.”

“After the delay in samples arriving, the time frame for delivery and contact through email updates was very good. The delivery driver was also very good at following our contact instructions before we took delivery”

“I'm very pleased with the product and the quick service. However, one side is straight but the other one curved. I would guess that where it's been cut off the roll it was done in a hurry and with little regard for accuracy. Overall though I'm still very pleased with it.”
