“Excellent choice of flooring, which was easy to view and browse online. There was a bit of confusion with the delivery as I wasn't told my two items would come as two separate deliveries, which turned out to be a little inconvenient. I emailed after receiving only one package and had a quick response first thing the next morning followed up with details of the second delivery. Great quality items, free delivery, I'm delighted with the products I ordered and friendly service.”

“Ordered a small amount of vinyl flooring. Quality was very good for the price and it layed easily. The only downside was it took a week to be delivered but this is understandable due to covid19. Response when I emailed asking where it was was polite and rapid and it arrived the next day.”

“Love the new vinyl in my conservatory looks great , only problem we had Was a sticky residue left on some parts of it where it was taped up , It took a few days and a few different cleaning products before it stoped leaving marks when walked on , other than that all good , regards julie goodway”

“I'm sorry to say that although the object sent looked excellent it was not what I wanted, I got confused by your diagram which had figures but no mm.or cm markings and therefore I ordered something a lot smaller then I wanted. I'm also sorry that to return it, it will be at my expense, to receive a refund of only the value of the item. Phil Stubbs”
