Hi Jonathan, Thanks for the review. I replied to your email as I explained the free sampling service is not next day as the marketing team does not work weekends. You actually placed the order for the Free sample on the 9th Feb, which was 5 days ago. We then sent it out on Tuesday so it should be with you within the next few days. “My order was dealt with very promptly. I was kept informed about the status of my order and when there was a problem with my order (the colour I chose was temporarily out of stock) I was informed immediately and given the option of waiting or choosing another colour, which I did. My order was delivered in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchase.”
