“The delivery was quick and efficient but the sample we ordered was very small and didn’t really allow us to visualise what it would look like in our bathroom. It may be unrealistic but ideally a piece of Lino showing the full tile rather than a quarter of a tile would be more suitable. The quality of the product is good but we are reluctant to order for the reasons above.”

“Nice lino but covered in glue from the tape that had been stuck round it :( still not got it all off!”

Hello Louise, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are happy to hear you are impressed with the lino. We are sorry that the Tape has left some sticky adhesive on the vinyl. If you use some boiling hot water with some washing up liquid and a sponge it should come out. If this does not work please give us a call on 01303 253399 for some more tips. “The coir mat arrived very soon, well wrapped, it is a good price and the exact thickness we need. One edge was not cut straight and I trimmed it without much problem.”

The Coir Matting is cut down by a stanley knife so sometimes the cut is not perfectly straight, sorry about that! “Arrived on time. Discription/colour was accurate from website. The only thing which I was disappointed about was the thickness of the vinyl. This was very thin. Would have preferred more cushion but thickness not included on website description”

Hello Sean, Thank you for leaving a review. Your goods was sent out directly by the manufacturer (FORBO) and the delivery was completely out of our hands. Due to a bad accident which occurred it unfortunately caused major delays with getting orders out for delivery. We are glad the goods are now with you. Hello Mr Lomas, Thanks for the feedback. As explained on the phone the image shows the the Rib does run up the roll not across. We are glad that this issue has now been sorted and the matting has be returned back to us for a bigger size.
