“Perfect really, it's the cheapest price that we could get the vinyl for. Came quickly with free delivery. Will definitely be using again for any of our flooring!”

“Products are fine, prices are competitive, the customer experience is badly let down by the delivery service which is is amongst the least reliable I’ve ever encountered.”

“I sent off for free samples which took over a week to arrive and when they did come they were snippets which make it impossible to get an overall view before buying. Sorry - a big thumbs down!”

Hi Jane, We are only able to send a sample which fits inside of the 10cm x 10cm box we have. Sorry this was not big enough for you.

“Delivery was fantastic and good quality vinyl. I had realised I purchased the wrong colour so I agreed to send the vinyl back and remland exchanges it for me - a restocking fee. This is reasonable as I understand you guys have no where to stock it and it was my own fault. Thanks for being understanding. Great customer service 🙂”

Hello Sarah, Thank you for the positive review. Sending items back is no problem, but as explained we had to order the vinyl in directly from the manufacturer and they sadly do not accept returns on goods. Therefore, we have to charge a restocking fee for it to come back to our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding. We hope the vinyl is now good for you and we hope to see you shopping with us again soon.

“Delivered on time. Exactly as described. Only wish it had been cut straighter at both ends to avoid having to square it up with a knife first.”
