“Even though my order was relatively small, it was promptly delivered, having been packaged to a very high protective standard. I was expecting a 3-5 day delivery, and it got to me in 2 days. Most impressive!!”

“Really happy with the service provided by the team. Always going the extra mile! Live chat facility really handy and samples was free and dispatched promptly. I ordered x3 beading lengths extra and remland refunded them right away with no issues. I was then called an hour before del was made as I requested on my notes. Superb Service!”

“Very impressed with this company. Ordered some carpet on the 27th March and it arrived 2 days later. I was called once the carpet arrived at their warehouse to see when the goods could be delivered. The carpet was wrapped up well and they did best they could to avoid goods getting damaged in transit. They use a courier company called DX and the driver was nice man helped me get the carpet up the stairs and to my front door. 10/10 Service.”

“Very pleased with vinyl. nice product, good value. delivery service not so good. The free sample I ordered initially never turned up - so took a chance on the main order. My delivery instructions were to leave with a neighbour if not in, but the driver just left it by the front door. Lucky my neighbour saw him and took it inside.”

“Not Impressed! I was advised that colour of item (Flotex) I ordered was not available until late April. I agreed to wait, so no problem with this situation. However I don't like the fact that you have banked my money before goods are supplied - not good business practise in my opinion. Also you seem to have an uncontrolled mailing system that repeats emails which has twice advised me that goods are being dispatched when I know they aren't! And now you are asking me to review my delivery when I haven't had one.”

Hello Robert, We are sorry to hear you are not impressed with the service we provide. The Flotex range is being revamped this is why there is currently no stock of the colour you have chosen. We did give you the option to have a refund as soon as we heard back from the manufacturers that the colour was not in stock but as mentioned you did decide to wait so thank you for that.
