“Delivery was fantastic and good quality vinyl. I had realised I purchased the wrong colour so I agreed to send the vinyl back and remland exchanges it for me - a restocking fee. This is reasonable as I understand you guys have no where to stock it and it was my own fault. Thanks for being understanding. Great customer service 🙂”

Hello Sarah, Thank you for the positive review. Sending items back is no problem, but as explained we had to order the vinyl in directly from the manufacturer and they sadly do not accept returns on goods. Therefore, we have to charge a restocking fee for it to come back to our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding. We hope the vinyl is now good for you and we hope to see you shopping with us again soon.

“Delivered on time. Exactly as described. Only wish it had been cut straighter at both ends to avoid having to square it up with a knife first.”

Hello Amanda, Thank you for your review. The coir is hand cut so sometimes it can be a little difficult to get the cut straight, I will pass this info on the guys in the warehouse. We hope to see you shop with us again soon.

“The delivery was quick and efficient but the sample we ordered was very small and didn’t really allow us to visualise what it would look like in our bathroom. It may be unrealistic but ideally a piece of Lino showing the full tile rather than a quarter of a tile would be more suitable. The quality of the product is good but we are reluctant to order for the reasons above.”

If you use some boiling hot water with some washing up liquid and a sponge it should come out. If this does not work please give us a call on 01303 253399 for some more tips. “The coir mat arrived very soon, well wrapped, it is a good price and the exact thickness we need. One edge was not cut straight and I trimmed it without much problem.”

“Arrived on time. Discription/colour was accurate from website. The only thing which I was disappointed about was the thickness of the vinyl. This was very thin. Would have preferred more cushion but thickness not included on website description”

Hello Sean, Thank you for leaving a review. Your goods was sent out directly by the manufacturer (FORBO) and the delivery was completely out of our hands. Due to a bad accident which occurred it unfortunately caused major delays with getting orders out for delivery. We are glad the goods are now with you.
