“very good, happy with product, service was hassle free which does mean a lot delivered on time with no issues and was free. Better price than a major store which is local to me which I was employed their for the last 22 years so I am very pleased”

“The ordering process was very straight forward. When I had a query I telephoned and the response and help I received was good. Sofa delivery simple and straight-forward and on time. “We had seen the Alston's sofas, tried them and loved the quality so when we saw the great price on Relax Sofas and Beds we couldnt believe our luck. We ordered 2 x 3 seater Venice settees and a footstool immediately - the bonus of free staingard and 10 year guarantee and 4-6 weeks delivery was the icing on the proverbial cake! We have not had any problems and I doubt if we will have any by the looks of things. We can only comment on the ease of ordering, the great choice and the speedy delivery which has been excellent. We have told everyone we know. Thank you very much.”

“The mattress is exactly as described. My 15 year old daughter is delighted with it. Her 83 year old grandfather has slept very well during his recent visit to us. It was delivered promptly on the day promised.”

“the sales were ok but delivery firm gave a time before dawn to arrive which we changed. Then the driver rang about dawn (6am?) to say he didnt have a delivery for us. Then before the re-arranged date we didn't have a call the day before, but a driver rang an hour before delivering which was a bit of a surprise but the time was actually OK as it happened. We wouldn't really wan't that delivery firm again!!”
