“Hi quite disappointed with the mattress and base-we were expecting something better quality and the base is very flimsy the wooden support inside the frame was broken which we had to repair ourselves and one drawer was in pieces which we had to glue together”

“Great prices let down by average delivery as recycling of old bed had not been passed on to driver even though paid for. the most significant issue was poor aftercare; fault with divan continental drawer runner . (large drawer runner attached to bed base broken on delivery) has been reported twice now but no action in over 2 months”

“Had problems with getting my delivery on time, had to make a fuss. Its the most uncomfortable suite i have ever had, very disappointed to say the least for what i paid for it. would never recommend you.”

“The two people who brought the chair (in two boxes) said that they were not responsible for putting it together and it was not on their documentation to do it - I told them that was ridiculous and I would not accept the chair on that basis. They eventually agreed to do it, reluctantly, and it took 2 minutes.”
