“Love the chair albeit quite a few snags on it! The two men who delivered it said they had no tools to put it together! My husband went to his garage but then they miraculously found some tools! Seems they didn’t want to do it themselves! Maybe you should think about the delivery men big style!!”

“I ordered a sofa in January and they said it would take 8-9 weeks which it did. I only had one days notice of its arrival. I would have liked a bit more as it was a rush to get everything ready, including the money! Sofa very nice - just what I wanted. And the old sofa was taken away which was a big help to an elderly lady. Thank you.”

“Went for the best mattress, seems pricey but you get what you pay. End result - comfortable nights sleep 😬. Stated delivery was 3 weeks, but it arrived within 2 weeks 😀. The courier company were also excellent with good communications both verbal and written 👍. All in all, a very happy customer.”

“Easy ordering, good choice of sofas. Delivery guys were great kept me informed all the way. Very comfy sofa, would have given 5 stars but price dropped between ordering and Christmas sale, queried with Relax Sofa and Beds was told had to pay price at order, oh well.”

“I was very satisfied with the service I received from Relax Sofas & Beds. Ordering was easy, I was informed exactly when my sofa would be delivered (and given the option to change dates if necessary), and it was delivered promptly and efficiently by two lovely delivery men, who also removed my old sofa, as previously arranged. I’m very happy with my nee sofa, which looks beautiful and feels so comfy!”

“Arrived as promised and well within timescales. Found initial enquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and it was the best price I could find. Delivery team came on time despite the dreadful waeather and wasted no time uplifting old sofaa nd delivering new”
