“I couldn't be more happier with my new sofas. They are lush and so comfortable. The delivery guys max.p and noah were fantastic and took there time and care with getting them into the house and setting them up. Happy happy happy 😀”

“Found this company online as I wanted Alston sofa & chair. Ordered material samples which allow you to see the colour and quality in your own home. With some trepidation ordered but I need not have worried. Very pleasant helpful online staff and sofa and chair came a little earlier than expected. All in all this has been the easiest purchase of sofa etc that I have ever experienced and at 80 years old I have had a few! Thank you.”

“Helpful staff when ordering settee, sent samples of cream leather to help match our existing chairs. Settee delivered by Empire Delivery who kept us informed of delivery date and time. Excellent delivery staff who assembled the two seater quickly and took the packing paper and cardboard away. Very helpful and should be complemented on their manner. Please thank Chris and Mason for delivering our new furniture on a Bank Holiday 21st April 2025 😊”

“Ordered an Alstons sofa from Relax. Lots of material to choose from. Spoke a couple of times with a very pleasant man about swatches and payment and I was very happy with the professional and friendly service… nothing seemed too much trouble. Delivery was via Empire, who were great… taking care with our new sofa and our property, removing and taking away packaging and assembling legs. Excellent communication around delivery with a call 20 minutes before. I ordered the sofa on 31st Jan and it was delivered on 6 March as stated. I thought this was excellent as each item made to order. Lastly, we love our new sofa as very good quality and comfortable.”

“Fabulous sofa, I had the Horatio 4 seater sofa made, and it was exactly as expected. Very stylish, as well as extremely comfortable. Sofa made and delivered within the correct timeframe. They also provided an excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and would absolutely order from them again if I need another sofa.”

“Service was good. Delivery men efficient and helpful. Exstrememly disappointed in armchair. My fault for buying on line. Chair hard, uncomfortable, ugly. Disposing of chair and replacing with one my bum has tried out first!!!”
