“Service was good. Delivery men efficient and helpful. Exstrememly disappointed in armchair. My fault for buying on line. Chair hard, uncomfortable, ugly. Disposing of chair and replacing with one my bum has tried out first!!!”

“I ordered a sofa in January and they said it would take 8-9 weeks which it did. I only had one days notice of its arrival. I would have liked a bit more as it was a rush to get everything ready, including the money! Sofa very nice - just what I wanted. And the old sofa was taken away which was a big help to an elderly lady. Thank you.”

“Easy ordering, good choice of sofas. Delivery guys were great kept me informed all the way. Very comfy sofa, would have given 5 stars but price dropped between ordering and Christmas sale, queried with Relax Sofa and Beds was told had to pay price at order, oh well.”

“Good service. Would have liked some sort of communication between order confirmation and delivery to confirm that order was still in place and would be coming in line with delivery timescales! Felt there was a long time without any sort of contact between order date and delivery. Humber Services were great and very efficient and courteous.”

“I’m very pleased with the ottoman coffee table. However the delivery service is awful. It took several phone calls, emails and texts until they listened to when I was at home to receive delivery”

“Easy to order, user friendly website. Delivery very efficient with adjustable time slot. My only complaint is that the forecast 16 week lead time turned into 20 weeks, otherwise all very good.”

“Everything was fine- very pleasant me who worked quickly and efficiently. The one star lost firstly because the day was changed at the last minute, (reason given), Also on the morning there was a mistaken phone call which should have been for somebody else.”

“Very happy with sofa. It might be worth considering leaving feet off until sofa in required place as delivery was very difficult . My front door was such that the sofa had to be manoeuvred to get it through. It would have been much easier had the feet been off. Talking to your excellent deliverers I found that they had the same problem at many other properties. Fortunately they were able to eventually get my sofa through the doorway.”
